refurbished hitachi drive now called hitachi 0079

I was taking a look at my hitachi 0079 disk drive circuit board, only to come to realize, after looking at some solder points that it is a drive from a former premodded console that MS fixed and sold it back in the new xbox 360 elite console at $497.00+tax = $565.00. Wow that expensive for used parts. I guess i deserve it. However THIS MEANS WAR!!!!!

hey, if you could get a picture of where the difference is in the soldering, maybe ppl can change the soldering and be able to soft mod it without hardware assistance
