depends, if it's an original xbox game, i don't know, but if it's a 360 game:

1.) find the stealth files online (unless you're using the samsung SH-162C, because if you use that, then it's already stealthed)
2.) open up XBC (xbox backup creator) and open the image.
3.) now select the image tools tab, then click the bubble on the right taht says "inject" and inject all stealth files into your iso
