I read the stickies and learned some things, but still looking for some user-help (you're the user ;)):
Been looking into getting a 360 Elite console. I always like to mod consoles, but I also like to play online. The elite bundle I'm looking at comes with Madden 08. I'd definitely want to play that online, but could I play it online while using a modded Xbox? Even though Madden 08 would be an official copy (not an illegal backup I mean), would Microsoft still ban my modded 360 from playing online? Is there a way to mod an elite 360 so it doesn't get banned from Xbox Live? Thanks

as of now they work fine but sooner or later they will start banning
again.
as for the elite version, it seems its harder to find one that can be modded.

i wish there was, i have three 360's and one of them is banned.
it still plays backups but wont go live, i will keep it around and maybe one day it can be fixed.
on weekends my son, brother, nephews, a few friends and myself will have some awsome system link games with either gears of war or
halo 2.
one 360 in living room is on 52 inch high def, one in my sons room is on 42 inch high def lcd a the other is in my daughters room and 25 inch standard tv, all wireless and it kicks ass.
im thinking of getting another after christmas for spare bedroom.
Just to get an idea...how long have some of you been playing online with modded 360s? Are you playing real games online with a modded 360 or backup games? Is it even possible to play backups online vs others? I'm really interested in more info, thanks.
