So now my xbox 360 is flashed and now i want to play an unreleased game my cousin is bringing over. Bioshock. Im just wondering if that could set up any flags on xbox live. Im just trying to be safe cause i really don't want to be banned and i know it would be my fault for allowing it to be flashed. Thanks.

i got bioshock early and it wouldnt fuckin play, wased like 5 verbs. But if it works go for it lol

Dagger worked fine for me what do u use to burn ur games imgburn or clone? i wouldnt keep ur ethernet cable in why u play'd burnt games if u have new firmware but i'd play games offline knowing that bioshock is a offline game too since it has no onlike game play....better safe then sorry.....

Thing is when you get acheivments they are put on your live account. If they detect that you are getting acheivments for bioshock before it release that could cause a problem. Thats if they look ino that.

Yes it sold early at toys are us. Thats how it got leaked to the internet before release date. Regardless of all that the release date is still the same and if microsoft see's the game being played before release they could ban the box that is receving acheivments to the xbox live account. Chances are it won't happen though. Really don't think they look for that stuff

I don't think Microsoft really pays attention to games being played before the release because I'm pretty sure some developers and beta testers have the game before anybody, and play it on their 360's. I think Micro just uses there same ol detection methods. Heck I checked somones gamertag the other day and they were playing COD4 (which aint out yet)..so I'm pretty sure it don't matter..if they wanna catch you theres plenty other ways they can.

I think it may put you on a higher priority for scanning, but if you are on ixtreme 1.2 it shouldn't even matter.
