Hello,
Im willing to give a patient person $25 via paypal if you will give me phone/messenger support on how to install my new executor lite plus mod chip(with pogo pins) as well as a new hard drive. Also it appears that my mod chip did not come with the little washer i need and im wondering if there is a workaround for this or if ill have to go to a hardware store/home depot. i will give a $10 deposit payment and the rest upon completion.

Check out xbox100.com and you can probably find someone to help for nothing. They have Live Chat so just find someone to help via the chat part.
Try either P33Ping T0M or Elf. They know alot about the X2 chips.
