I have I Slight Problem I Have A 3.40 oe-c, But I Want To Be Able To Play PSX Games And All The Emulators Without Costing Me Other Functions Of My PSP, And Is There Anyway I Can Get Online Anywhere I'm At Without Always Looking For A Unsecured Signal, Where Is A Good Place And Not To Mention Safe Place To Find ROMs For GBA,Sega Genesis,Neo Geo,Playstation 1,And SNES Please Help I Aching To Find A Good Place For These ROMS. And If It's Not Too Much Trouble Can Someone Points Me In The Direction Of A Downgrade/Upgrade Tutorial I've Bricked 3 PSPs, I Would Love To Know Exactly What I Need To Do To Get To A Higher Firmware, Last Question What Does CFW 3.52 MM Do?

it does about the same as 3.40 oe just a few little changes
i use romnation.net for all my roms

oh and if you want to upgrade just search for a 3.52m33 noob proof easy installer you really cant go wrong

can you post a link to that because I want the easy installer but I dont wanna do it the hard way. I have 3.40 OE-A but I let my friend put it on mine but he doesnt mod psps anymore so its up to me. And im confused when it comes to that stuff.

oh and by the way when you want to use update 3 make sure you dont get it from ps3news if you can try and get it from m33 site all you have to do is register

1. On mine do I have to run the 1.5 application also?? Along with the M33 application? And if so then which one do I run first?
2. My friend is on 3.03 OE-C could I use this with his to make it m33 too?

no just use the cfw installation you can go straight up with 3.40 oe and your friend can go straight up aswell the 1.50 installation you dont need so just delete it
connect psp to pc via usb double click on cfw installation and follow instructions when process finished dicsconnect psp from pc and plug it into your charger make sure batterie is at 75% leave charger in to be safe go to game and run the update when prompted press x in a short while you should be on 3.52m33

Thanks man but I heard that switching Firmware was kinda difficult like. And this was so easy
EDIT: oh yeah so then what does the 1.5 application do? If it takes you to 1.5 then I thought that you need lumines to do that.

the 1.50 installer is just to put the 3.52 m33 on when you are on 1.50 but you said you were on 3.40 oe so you dont need it
and if you want to go to 1.50 from custom firmware you dont need lumines or gta you just need the 1.50 recovery winstaller which can be found here http://www.sendspace.com/file/454l5j just put that in game folder go into recovery menu and run programme at psp/game/recovery/eboot

they are 2 different things the first one was the 3.52m33 easy installer for psp version 1.50
the second one was the recovery files incase you want to go back to 1.50 but it is also useful if you semi brick aswell

ok (sorry) I understood until you said that. You lost me. Im at 3.40OE-A all I gotta do is run the easy installer then im at 3.52 M33. right?

run the easyinstaller to put the files onto psp then via usb then disconnect psp from pc go to game and run the upgrader press x when prompted wait for it to write the files then you will be on 3.52m33
