hello.. ive been thinking about downgrading my psp for quite a long time.. and i jus come to hear about custom firmwares.. now i wud like to know if u can download games straight to ur psp with custom firmwares. ALso i have a Ta-082 motherboard and 3.11 firmware.. now if i can download a custom firmware to my psp, does my psp specs match up correctly? one more thing.. is downloading custom firmwares safe? and do u need your psp downgraded to do so..
sry for all these questions but I WUd SURE LOVE IT FOR SOMEONE TO REPLY.. Thank you

If you are on any CFW then you will be able to run game iso's without a problem. Since the only way to downgrade your psp is using the Lumines then it should work on your psp as well. Installing the CFW is pretty safe when you get it from a reliable source. I hope this answers most of your questions!

since your in 3.11 you must first upgrade to 3.50 and get the game lumines and downgrade it from there. it downgrades it to firmware 1.50. in that version you can play iso/cso but with fastloader, devhook, ect...
in custom you do it right on the menu.
and one more thing, you have to make sure that the lumines ins unpatched. in other words the old one. sony has made newer ones that prevent it from downgrading. and the unpatched one does. best way to get that is either online(ebay,amazon) or thru stores that sells used games.
