PSP Full Resolution Video Problem!

I am running m33's latest 3.52 custom firmware update 4 and have converted a video to the 480*272 PSP AVC .mp4 preset in Xilisoft video converter, but when i got to it on my PSP, it has an unsupported data icon and won't open. it says "This video cannot be played. The data type is not supported."
How do i get this to work, because i know it does work!

maybe it didnt convert it all the way did it say convert complete or something? or its missing some codecs

conversion went perfectly, video file works fine with quicktime. maybe im missing some extra software for the psp???

never has worked yet. tried on 3.4 oe but didn't work then either. does it work with you?

not even 368x208 avc codec works. this is a big problem, its not the resolution, its the actual codec. Any reasons why it won't work?
