My friend was wondering if he could upgrade to 3.51 m33 from 3.51, I said that you probably could, because i upgraded to 3.40 OE-A from 3.40. So who's right?
If a moderator is reading this, can you please make a rule for people to stop asking for 3.51 and higher downgraders. They just down't exist currently. When they do, God will shower us in money, rivers will turn to beer, and viagra will rain from the heavens. Until then, will someone please tell these people to just get over it!

Its fun to get people to think theres a chance they can downgrade..Especially when they sound real urgent about it...
Then once you get them roped in, you can be like:
"You upgraded your firmware...."
