Just d/led it of my uncle jim for backup, and t says Game cannot be started error code 80020148

i got 3.03 oe-c, everything is diabled, so i need a UMD in my psp to run games froma a memory stick, its the game right?

another question i got 2 flash folder flash0 and flash1 and i cant find the other file names but one had a % at the end of the file shouldnt i only have 1 folder? not 1 with a % at the end

Try going into recovery, and going advanced, and advanced configuration and then turn the first one on.

Madden 08 has a higher req than 3.03.. Upgrade to 3.40OEA. Do a forum search on how. If that isn't high enough still (not sure what fw madden reqs) then upgrade to m33.

Don't play with your flash0 folder if you don't know what you're doing.

You shouldn't need to put the game in the flash folders anyways.. You should access the PSP's memory stick from the XMB (main) menu and toss them into GAME150 I believe. (not 100% sure with 3.03)

Madden 08 is sorta an iffy game because some people say it doesnt work with 3.40OE but some people say it does. I seen one guy say he played it and then turned the game off then tried again and it wouldnt work for him.

Someone JUST told you, you need 3.40 for this game. Get 3.40 LE/OE or 3.51-3.52 M33.

Has anyone had the same problem? I start the game as usual and after the end of the play on the kick off, it freezes. I am running M33's 3.52 and before that, I tried it on 3.40 OE Any ideas.

If it's a CSO try using an ISO. Or go to recovery mode and change your cpu speed to 333mhz for in game.
