Get either 3.40 OEA custom firmware or m33.

Do a forum search for how to get them and install them. Then, do another forum search for whatever firmware you chose and iso.

Place your games in your ISO folder, make this here ms0:/ISO/ (ms0 = the drive letter of your PSP)

Also, it would be best to upgrade to a custom firmware, such as 3.40 OE-A or 3.52 M33. This way you do not need any emulators like Fastloader or DevHook.
