Hi, just bought a eurovox 2008 it worked out of the box but then all channels scrambled tried to rescan but didnt work. Restored factory settings then tried again whith same results. I dont have a clue about this so do i need to get it flashed again or do i just need to enter a specific symbol rate and freq? Appreciate any help, thanks

you need to do a power scan with the correct symbol rate for your provider at the factory reset you can change the rate to yours , if its not listed you will need to enter this manually.
