ive been off the psp scene for a while and cant find my back up of the resource folder does any body have a link to one thanks.im on 3.40oea if that makes a differance

You're going to have a tough time finding a link to flash files-that stuff is copyrighted...Are you just needing the contents of VSH/RESOURCE? You could just reflash your firmware to get it back to original...

If you are using a custom firmware, and you can get into recovery mode-you will want to use the '1.50 recovery winstaller' -it is a program you run from your computer, and it will put the files on your memory stick for you, and then you run it from the recovery console-This will flash your psp to 1.50 firmware, then you can reinstall the custom firmware of your choice...
