Action Replay or Gameshark? help me decide please

I am looking to play my backup copies of ps2 games. i have a Fat ps2, version 5 or 6. the model # is SCPH-30001 . I have direct access to the my cd drive, the lid is off. similar to the flip top i guess.

now my question is whats the best way to go about loading my backup games. Should i buy Action replay or Gameshark? which version is the best?

not looking to add hard drives or anything to crazy. just basically want my guitar hero 2 backup to work, and maybe another game or 2.

Go with action replay and follow this great guide:

HOW TO: Load Backups using Action Replay Max

You'll get your backups running very easily and action replay is much more feature filled than GS.
