Problem Downloading mp4 vids from psp browser

hey, i use the internet browser on my psp to download mp4 videos. Recently i have been noticing that when ever i click the download button for a video, a page pops up and it just has letters and different characters and it just goes on until i get the message that says there is not enough memory.

before, when ever i click the download button the little save thing pops up where it shows you the file name and the file type and it lets you select where to download the file and then when you click the save button it just downloads to where ever you specified. But it doesnt do that anymore.
How do i fix this problem and make it normal where i can just download the file.

go to the download icon, then click triangle.
click save target as.
