What's the safest 2.71 TA-082 downgrader?

I here the normal 2.71 TA-082 downgrader changes some IDstorage keys that doesn't need to be changed and because they are changed, it causes some problems such as the connectivity between the PS3 and PSP. Can anyone give me a safe 2.71 TA-082 downgrader that doesn't change the unnecessary IDstorage?

I tried to create Pandora's battery. It was a failure. Whenever I put in the battery, the green light turns on automatically without me turning it on. But the PSP is not on. The PSP screen light isn't on. But when I put in another battery that's not a Pandora one, the PSP works fine.
