How do I play psx games?

I am reletively new to psp modding, but I do have my psp at 3.52 M33-4. I have figured out the basics of running psp games as ISO's but I dont know what I need to do to play psx games.

ps1 games need to be converted from an iso format into a format which your psp can read. its alittle tricky to do at first but when you figure it out you can add alot of custom icons, backgrounds and sounds to the games.

you dont need it to play the formated games yourself but you will need it to make them
