Ok now this is my first time buying from these people ive already paid for a 4gb card and japanese silver psp with 1.5 firmware. Now what i dont know is if they open it and you basically get a scratched up downgraded 1.5 or did they originally come in 1.5

i doubt it that they would have an original psp for this long. they must of opened it.

Why does it matter if it is 1.50 OEM or 1.50 downgraded? You have a 1.50 (Official) PSP in your hands either way. Now you can upgrade to a custom Firmware such as 3.40 OE-A or 3.52 M33-4. They have basically saved you a step anyway. Oh, and M33 is more stable if you want to use a 4GB Memory Stick. The larger the Memory Stick Pro Duo, the lower the chance that the PSP will see the full size. I have an 8GB Sony Pro Duo and 3.40 OE-A would only see up to 4 gigs, so I had to upgrade to M33.

well it wouldnt be scratched. maybe a fingerprint but not a scratch.
and a psp would have to get at least scratched once. but the seller would maybe use gloves or something to downgrade it.

in case of something just buy a faceplate it is not too expensive
