When ever i got to screen capture and try to load my UmDgame it freezes on me. How do i fix this and is there any program to take screen shoots on ISO and CSO files?

not realy sure about any screen capturing on the psp but the new psp slim has wirless screen play
so that u can wirlessly hook up to your tv and watch whats on you psp

I didn't even know there was anything like a screen capture "program". Use a screen capture prx, put it in your seplugins folder and enable it in recovery mode. Then it's always active, on XMB and in game, and you only need to press a single button to take a screenshot (Or 2 buttons for a video).
I'm not sure where to get one (Can't remember), but if you PM me your email address i could send you the one i use that way.

well, i still use it to capture some crazy things/stunts that hapen when i'm playing gta :)

Nah, they just block links in quotes for some reason, the link in your original post works fine.
