i dont mean ripped games, im on firmware 3.11 so im screwedfucked till i get lumines. i just mean games i cam put on my ms so im not so board till i can downgrade

If your not on custom firmware then you can't play anything off your memorystick.

In short, no. Any homebrew either requires the user to use a exploit to load HEN (Homebrew ENabler) and then to play their homebrew or they need a 1.5/Custom firwmare PSP.
