PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME UPDATE MY STARVIEW BOX I ONLY HAVE THE BASIC CHANNELS AND NEED TO WATCH THE FOOTBALL.CHEERS

OK , first can you drop the CAPS as its against forum rules
Secondly , Press Menu then 1570 and go down to EMU key and make sure it is ON

i am in the north east (newcastle) i had all the channels but they went down within a week , i was told it needs updated to version 4, and was give a web site called nokias, but i still cannot update,please help.

What is nasty about it? I just didn't want to embarrass you on the public forum but now you leave me with no choice :( Upper case is banned, yet you flouted that basic rule. Then you demonstrated impudence and impatience by not allowing Celtic 71 a reasonable period in which to respond to your message

Doc you need to edit your two previous posts. To do this go to each of your posts that need to be edited and press the notepad to the top right of each post.
After that can you tell me what provider you are on and I will try solve your problem.
