Is there a software to remove traces of pc usage (Internet, application usage, file usage etc etc)?

there is plenty of software that will do what you are looking for, some are better thain others, if you co to download.com and type in pc cleaner

Two of the best programs are CCleaner (best) and Easy Cleaner (also good). CCleaner does everything you are looking for and them some, it also has a registry cleaner. Both programs are also free.
