cant get my 80gb ipod hooked up to my ps2 slim

I hav a ps2 slim, and a 80GB iPod,

Q1) I want to know how to get it to work with my ps2 slim??
Q2) can i use swap magic on a SONY DVD+RW??

Are you joking?
You plug your Ipod through USB port and expect it to be recognized?
Thats not the way if you have modchip then you need to get Launchelf
from http://www.sksapps.com to have your USB storage device recognized by PS2. There are some thing you will need to learn like loading an .ELF application on PS2 and stuff go through these tuts (launchers and others section)

i tried to get the SWAPMAGIC on the ipod and it still dosent detect, i also tried to burn SWAPMAGIC from a torrent and the DVD dosent read.
i hav a moded ps2 slim
what can i do?,,

I have never used Swap Magic but I dont get it why do you need swap Magic when you have modchip?
Just download an ISO of launchELF and burn it to CD-R @slowest speed possible. then put it in your PS2. LaunchELF should work. then hook your IPOD in (make it FAT or FAT32)and it should be detected under the
USB MASS tab.
