make sure tha the folder is named "ISO" and is in the root (to most folder) of your memory stick. If your game is wipeout:pure name it as "vWIPEOUTPURE.ISO" try that and it should work. Once it's on your Memory Stick go to the "Game" tab and go to mem stick and scroll down untill you find the game.

Lets clear a few things up first. You said you just updated to 3.52 M333 (Do you mean 3.52 M33? or 3.52 M33-3?}. If you meant you updated with 3.52 M33-3 then how did you update it? Did you use just that update or did you install the first 3.52 M33 upgrade before updating to the 3.52 M33-3?

All you said above about your ISO problem is it does nothing. What does nothing mean? Does it show up in your Games Menu? Does it give you an Error when trying to run it? What does "it does nothing" actually mean?

What firmware did you update from?

Did you use the M33CREATOR to create the update?

Also as haasmon92 said:

Make sure the ISO folder is ms0:/ISO (NOT ms0:/PSP/ISO

Plus make sure the title is gametitle.iso

You might want to update to 3.52 M33-4 HERE

All you do is drag the PSP folder that comes with the download and drag it to the root of your PSP MS overwriting the PSP folder already there. Then go to Game Menu and do the update which only takes a few seconds. After the update you can go to ms0:/PSP/GAME150 and delete the M33Upate4 folder.
