Thats it can i do anything with a pps that has 3.52 firmware not like modding and stuff but like putting aplicatitions/games and stuff like that idk i got syked when i browsed the internet and youtube finding all this cool shit i can do but then got shot down when i i found out you cant do shit with a 3.52 firmware so ya anyone know of sumthin?

Nope, you can't do anything.

But, in case you didn't know, recently there was something released to the homebrew scene called the Pandora battery, it can downgrade any firmware to 1.50, so, you're saved :)

You should be able to buy one on ebay, or make one with a friend's PSP (If they have 1.50/CFW)
