This PSP just came out of storage and does not power on, even after being charged for more than two hours. When you try to turn the unit on, only the green power light comes on, and after a minute or so it goes off again.

Thanks, yes or no is all I need.

Why the hell do people ask for a yes or no answer?

Because they want a yes or no answer :P

I think it's because they then want to start a new thread with how can i change this answer. In this case, how can i unbrick a PSP?

Thanks for the contribution..

Anyways, that sounds exactly like a brick.. If you have a custom firmware try turning your PSP completely off and turn it back on while holding the R trigger. If nothing comes up, your done for. Find a friend with a custom firmware and make a Pandora's battery, or buy/trade in for a new PSP.
