hi i got a av output cabe with my portable dvd player which i plugged in to my psp's headphone jack. when i connect it to my tv it does output the audio from the psp. so i was wondering if there is a way to output video somehow. thankyou.

Well, of course it outputs audio, what is a headphone jack for?

The video, that's a problem, nothing on the original PSP (as in not Slim) can ouput video, however, there is a complicated homebrew app called remotejoy which when you set up correctly can output video to your PC via USB. If you have an official firmware (above 1.50) you can't run it.
