SWAPMAGIC dosent detect my 80GB iPod

I hav a 80GB Ipod and i installed some ps2 games on it,& the swap magic folder containing the SWAPMAGIC.ELF File, but i also have other files on it(music,videos,pictures,movies etc..)
SWAPMAGIC detects the iPod but dosent show up in the USB advance screen. y?

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that the hard drive would need to be formatted by usb advance. It cannot read standard fat/ntfs hard drives. So, if you formatted the ipod, you couldn't use your ipod for anything but ps2 games.

Then, how do i format my ipod with usb advence, when usb advence dosent detect it,??

I'm not sure, but do you really want to ruin an ipod? You can buy an external hdd for a lot cheaper than the ipod.

I seem to remember you have to connect it to your computer and use a program to format it there.
