Same, official firmware would make my PSP worthless to me.
But, if you sent it back, i don't think they could know you had a CFW on it unless it actually "broke" and not "bricked", but we have pandora battery for the bricks anyway...
CFW is not illegal, so they couldn't discriminate.
In answer to your question, i shall say you will spiritually break your PSP by going to official 3.52 firmware.

good point. I forgot to mention that. They cant even find out if its custom firmware. I say stick with custom firmware man. It doesnt get any better. F***** with the flash0 is the best ;]. Im going to make a youtube video soon of my psp. Its syck.

I wasn't actually going to go to the Sony FW I was just wondering if it voided Warrenty Etc and would want to go back to the Original FW ONLY if the PSP Broke.
