crazy taxi problem

i have a psp with 3.03OE-C firmware when i try to play crazy taxi it loads the suddenly says The game could not be started.(80020148)
this also says when i try to play G.R.A.W. 2

can any one tell me what im doing wrong or do i need a newer fir,eware version if so please recomend one.
