Hi there i need your analysis

I have a 2.82 psp version and i want to downgrade it to 1.5 with out using any lumines or GTA

Could u plz tell me what to do??? other then those 2

The only other option is the Pandora's Battery unbricker/downgrader method.

In order to use this method you need to have or know someone that has a PSP with 1.50 or cfw on it. If you do have 1 or know someone that does use that PSP to create the Pandora's Battery.

Here is a GUIDE on how to create and use the Pandora's Battery.
