Hi People.

I'm new here and haven't got a clue what I'm doing :o(
Just to quickly introduce myself I am a techno idiot and use the PSP for whiling away the hours at work (I'm a firefighter :o)

I have been browsing around all the forums until I have run out of hair to pull out and I'm still as confused as I was when I started!
This seems the most friendly....so here goes.

A friend upgraded?!? my PSP to 2.71 se-b and I have been using ISO's that he gave me. I have now bought a new game that is asking me to upgrade to 3.40.

I had previously formatted my memory stick via the PSP as I had folders and stuff I didn't understand, It's now back as Sony intended. Am I correct in saying that 3.40oe will run this? or M33?
Which of these is better?
How can I get it back to 1.50 as from there I can use a Winstaller?
Is there anywhere that I can get a comprehensive rundown on whats what so I don't have to keep asking stupid questions?

Yes going to 3.40 OE-A or 3.52 M33 will run the game that needs a 3.40 firmware to run.
