I have a wireless controller, And it is really pissing me off. When I turn it on, The R.O.L Starts flashing...But doesn't stop. My console and everything works fine, So im really not sure what to do.
Im using a like new battery pack, Fully charged, And tried using BRAND NEW batteries, All to no avail. What can I do?

I forgot to mention, The R.O.L steadily flashes in GREEN on all four qaudrants. Am i fucked?

Press the little button on the top of controller and then press the same button on the 360. It's near the memory card slot I believe on the 360. This should sync your controller to your console.
