Brand new PSP upgrade to latest OE w/pandora?

I previously downgraded my psp w/lumines exploit. I am buying the wife a new psp and will probably use pandora bat. method. My question is this. In the lumines method it was stated that if your motherboard was newer than a t82 sony had written software that would not alow you to upgrade past 3.30oe if brought down to 1.5. The new psp will definately have a newer board. Will I be able to upgrade to the latest oe?

Yup you can update to the latest OE/M33, it's just Sony firmware. But now that we have Pandora that's not a problem.
