Help w/ a TDK burning problem

I am having problems burning a copied dvd. It give me the following error:
"Seek, Synch, STIP or Mechanical Positioning Error".

Please help
The TDK is 440n

When you say I am having problems burning a copied dvd do you mean you are trying to copy a copy or copying ( Backing - up ) an original ?

I am using Roxio to copy a copy of an Original.

Try using different software frogman, like DVD Shrink (Free) or CloneDVD (Trial) or DVD Decrypter (Free) which I have no probs coping copys.
