Sure, what the hell? Why not?
I can help code minor (VERY minor) C++ and C, and am a good hex editor (although I'm not sure thats needed at all) and have a long attention span for looking at source codes.

that would be sick if there was an exploit for the new slim. It would be even sicker if you used a certain game to downgrade. Hah. I was always curious. Would pandoras battery work perfect for any firmware? does the 1.50 subset make changes when you upgrade to lets say DAX's 3.40oe-a from it. I'm thinking it wouldnt.

It's already been proven that Pandora's battery does not work on the slim. It may just need to be tweaked to trick the Slim motherboard into enabling the 1.50 IPL

i really think you need to modify the 1.50 eboot
because it wasnt designed to run that firmware

The Pandora's battery did that anyway, making a minimalistic 1.50 version. Now we may end up having to change how the flasher works and the IPL of 1.50. Maybe if we just made the pandora system go to a future firmware (ie. 3.60) with altered kernel (to allow downgrade to 1.50 ofw), it may work. But until then, we may need to figure some other way.
