DVD Santa / Real player Beta version sound problems

Hey guys,
I have used DVD santa in the past with no problems. Our PC resently crashed & had to reload everything to factory settings. Reloaded DVD Santa & downloaded the lastest Real Player Beta version. Now when I tried to play a dvd in my TV dvd player that I made from DVD Santa & the new real player, the discs & the sound are way off. The voice is behind or ahead of the film. Could this be because I used the latest verion of Real player, as I never had this problem before I crashed using the old version of real player, or is it some entirely different problem I am looking at. Please someone HELP ME!!!!
