ok i have three psp:one is brick;the other has a broken lcd screen;the last one well it just has a lot of scratches

now i took the good screen out of the brick one and put it into the the one with the broken lcd the only prob is that back light thing broke off soo i need some info on how to fix that.and another thing is i would like to take out all the gut(motherboard)and anything else so that i could put the psp that has scratches only on the shell
