i have the chameleon v1.3 chip installed and running perfectly, i got the linux screen on my xbox to come up and now im trying to flash the bios with evolutionx m7. The evolutionx m7 file that i down loaded had three files in it, a info file, evoxm7.bin file, and an evoxm7_ef.bin file. I used the procedure told to make an iso step by step and ive made isos before so im pretty sure i did it right. But once i flashed my chameleon (i left the switches in default mode with all four off) the xbox turned off after flashing bank1 and when i turn the xbox back on it just boots up like theres no mod in it with the default xbox screen. I dont know if i was supposed to use evoxm7.bins file or the evoxm7_ef.bin file, i tried them both and got the same thing. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME, IVE BEEN AT THIS FOR DAYS NOW!

Using an Evox bios you won't see anything different about the start up of the XBox unless you use a color mod bios. From your post it sounds like it's flashed correctly if the Xbox shut down and you rebooted and the Linux screen is gone.
Next step would be to load the EvolutionX dash on the hard drive. Easiest way is to use and Auto Installer. Team Xaviers or Slayers.

Thankx guyz, very much appreciated. It was flashed already and got my xbox up and running with slayers auto installer. Put in a 12ogb hard drive and loving it. Next i was thinking about upgrading to a 200 gb but dont know if it would recognize it. Also i want to figure out how to put MAME and snes/nes sega emu's on it. Thank again!!
