hey whats up people im having trouble with my ps2 when i insert a disc it will tell me read disc error um i wanted to know what could the problem b ?????? i have the big old model one and i dont have a mod chip yet im trying to figure out what the problem is so if somebody can help me a.s.a.p thank you

It could very well be your laser, or needs cleaning, adjustment.
