Suspended due to non-functional email address

HI, I have a problem because every time i start my computer a program called NTkrnl starts up and i don't know where it came from. I had a look around the web and it seems to be harmful. Can someone please tell me how to get rid of this program. I tried to look all over for this program ntkrnl.exe but i cant find it as i am suppose to delete it. I am running Windows Vista. If anyone can help me that would be great.
