Ripping/Copying Individual Music DVD to DVD or VCD

Here is the situation I need a hand with, if possible: I am trying to complile a DVD or VCD (whichever is easier) from a DVD Music Collection I have. The problem I have encontered in following some of the suggestions of this awesome group is that either I convert the whole video in one file, or I have mutiple files divided in either video or audio - but not both in one. How can I possibly rip and copy - for example: video 1 and 2 from DVDMusicVideo1 and add Track 7 and 8 from DVDMusicVideo2? Is there an easy way out? I presently have Nero 6, SmartRipper 2.41 and DVD2AVI 1.77. Am I even close to a solution? Thanks in advance!!
