Can i tell if i have one of the newest wii that are harder to mode without having to open it?

I check and it came Your Drive Chip is most likely GC2-D2B Your Drive Pins are most likely cut. So it is just hard to mode or impossible and if it can be mode which chip will be the best to use?

any chip will do, they all use the same drive points, though some use more than others.

If the legs are cut it's a very difficult mod unless you have a lot of delicate solder experience. If you are at all unsure about your soldering ability, send it to a pro modder.
