i just bought a ps3 (its owns BTW) and i am currently useing my monitor to play it with (HDMI to DVI) and then use the RCA for audio

my question is if i wanted to take my ps3 to another TV that does not have dvi or hdmi or vga (old fashion RCA tube TV) and i want to use the RCA jacks how do i do this??/

I tried doing it and i can get sound(because i use the hdmi to dvi and then use the rca for sound) but i cant get video I assume it is trying to send the signal to the HDMI or it is still trying to do 720p or both

so does anyone suggestions on how i can make an easy transition from HDMI setup to RCA

i dont want to have to MEMORIZE the route to take hahah

When you go to power it on hold the power button until it beeps. That will fix your problem
