Same frustrating error, please help

Im trying to burn the game, "The Darkness"
I switch line three to D but its says "Error @ 0 : Incorrect function."

Every time theres a C or Copy it says that error msg when its done it looks a little something like this.

1:48:40 PM -> Start
Error @ 0 : Incorrect function.

Error @ 0 : Incorrect function.

Error @ 0 : Incorrect function.

1:48:51 PM -> Done

Im using the same version of Wxripper as it says in a few of the guides i have read.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS.
P.S. yess i do own the original copy of the game
