Making my system region free??

I'v eJUST installed my wiikey and its working fine and plays back ups of PAL-uk games BUT wont play any other format???

How do i make it play other formats like Ntsc or NTSC-J

I downloaded the Wiikey Installation pack for pal but although the wii recognised it was a gamecube disc it said there's been an error eject the disc and restart the wii...i did that but it didnt work still???

What do i do to make it region free??
please help.
