Before you think about downgrading, you need to find a buddy with a PSP that can run homebrew.
Then, ask them to make you Pandora's battery.
Does anorexia induce constipation?

Good advice, though, if you are below or at 2.71 it would be easiest to just use the downgrader for that (Though i'm guessing you're not)

No you can't, read up about unsigned code and official firmare, you will realise why this isn't possible...

no risks,you can either get a friend with a homebrew enabled psp to make one for you,or you can buy one off ebay

no you can't make one because you're on official 3.52 you can only make one on a 1.50 or custom firmware.the benefits are you will be able to downgrade any psp with one,you can also unbrick any psp with it aswell except for the new psp slims
