wich dvd decrypter program is the best for decrypting these newer movies coming out, i use nero and dvd shrink, and i have the regular dvd decrypter version but some of these newer movies coming out wont decrypt with it what do i do?

I could be mistaken, but I think Platinum just bundles extra options you can already do with the programs you listed, with the Decrypter they use. Like Bilbo65 said, any of those two will do what you want, and w/out cluttering up your system with extra junk.
