Need a serial number for a legitimate PSP

After waiting 2 weeks I got my PSP Media Master from ebay. After installing it wants a serial number! Seller says he doesn't know it - "bought it from his sister". I tried the web to get one and saw all types of malware being loaded onto my computer! Help!!!

Umm, copyrighted material or something. If someone told you their serial, they'd be the one getting in crap. Use the number on the sticker on the bottom of the PSP.
Does anorexia induce constipation?

Alas, there IS no number! I've been searching the web for a number and, in the process collecting all kinds of malware on my computur!

The PSP Serial# can be found under the Battery pack. So remove the battery and the sticker is there with the information.
If the sticker is gone then more then likely you have bought a stolen PSP. No other reason why the sticker wouldn't be there.
But I assume your speaking of the serial# for the PSP Media Manager program. If that is the case I doubt you will get anyone to tell you there #.
