Hi
I have just used Calo's Easy Recovery Tool for any OE custom firmware. Easily downgrade 3.xx OE back to 1.50 via the Recovery Console.

It got to 57% and then said panic, error and swithed off.

Battery was full charged and charger was in.

When I turn console on green light shows but nothing else happens??

Can anyone help

It's bricked, can you access recovery?

If not then you'll need to get a Pandora battery to unbrick it.
